Returns

Acorn Internet Ltd offers 14 days approval on products purchased (excluding underwear, riding hats, body protectors, personalised products and products made to individual requirements, sealed DVDs, CDs, videos, and computer software if the seal has been broken, pierced products such as earrings) within which time you have the right to cancel your order following receipt and inspection of the product(s).

When inspecting and trying on a product(s) you should not remove any tags, soil or damage the product and you should preserve the manufacturer's product packaging/box.

If you wish to return any part of your order you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product(s), stating your order number and indicating the reason for return. Acorn Internet Ltd will then provide instructions for the return of the product.

Any product(s) should then be returned unsoiled, in its original, re-saleable condition within its original manufacturer's product packaging/box within 3 working days. The packing slip containing the order number and product detail should be included with the product and you should indicate on this whether the product is being returned for exchange or refund. The product, within its original manufacturer's packaging/box, should be suitably wrapped to avoid any damage to the product or the product packaging/box whilst in transit. Packing slips should not be sellotaped to the manufacturer's product packaging/box as this may cause damage to the product packaging/box when removed on receipt.

You shall be responsible for the costs of returning the product and it is recommended that you use a reputable courier or Recorded Delivery covered by adequate insurance based on the value of the products when returning a product as Acorn Internet Ltd will not be held liable for the loss of any products returned and not received.

Acorn Internet Ltd reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund amount or refuse the return of any product or its manufacturer's packaging/box that is deemed to be soiled, damaged or not in a re-saleable condition. Items returned where the manufacturer's box has been taped shut and address labels taped onto the manufacturer's box will be refused.

Faulty Products

Products sold within our store are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee only. Such guarantees cover faults due to defective workmanship or materials, but do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect and lack of care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. In the case of products believed to be faulty then please email us with a description and photo of the fault. Acorn Internet Ltd will then advise on the course of action to be taken.

In order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any alleged faulty product which has been used should cleaned before being returned to ensure it is free from mud, dirt, hair, etc. Returns that do not meet with these criteria will be rejected and you will be charged a delivery cost for the product be returned to you.

A repair, replacement or refund will only be offered if the manufacturer deems that the product is faulty and their decision is final. Acorn Internet Ltd cannot offer any repair, replacement or refund until the manufacturer has inspected and deemed that the product is faulty. If the manufacturer deems that there is no fault with the product and any damage is due to misuse, neglect and lack of care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear then the return of the product to you will be subject to a delivery cost.
